The Complete Reference Dreamweaver Ultradev 4 - Ray West, Tom Muck, and Tom Allen - ISBN 0-07-213017-2 The Complete Reference is very comprehensive, and covers more topics in greater depth than Foundation DW UD4. Amongst others, it includes chapters dedicated to JSP, Cold Fusion, SQL and Database design.
