The small polyester caps
The Siver Mica caps, some other "low rise" components, the buffers, thanks Mike, the fuse holders, voltage regulators, dinky little crossfeed switch and the bridge rectifier.
All the big stuff.
The completed board, except the LM6171s and the large 5w resistor.
The 5w resistor in place, as you can see this slightly overlaps the bridge rectifier and the leads only just reach through the board. It should be OK, but I'll have to replace it with something more suitable if it causes a problem.
